At DUSK, we want you to love your home sanctuary, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all bedding and furniture. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original DUSK packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
